Welcome to Vixma ("we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Vixma mobile application ("App").

By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

2. What Vixma Does

Vixma is a platform that allows users to:

• Create group rides
• Discover rides created by others
• Connect with people for shared riding experiences

We do not organize, supervise, or control rides.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features, you must create an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Keep your account secure
• Be responsible for activity under your account

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for illegal or harmful activities
• Harass, threaten, or endanger others
• Provide false or misleading ride information
• Misuse location or user data

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.

5. Safety Disclaimer

Vixma only provides a platform to connect users.

6. Minors

The App may be used by individuals under 13. However:

• Use by minors should be supervised by a parent or guardian
• Parents/guardians are responsible for minors' activity
• Group rides involving minors should be approached with caution

7. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (e.g. photos, ride details).

By posting content, you grant us a license to:

• Display and share it within the App
• Use it to operate and improve the service

You are responsible for your content.

8. Subscriptions and Payments

Vixma offers optional paid subscriptions.

• Payments are processed by third-party platforms (e.g. app stores)
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account

9. Availability of Service

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Interrupt service for maintenance
• Update the App at any time

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vixma is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses resulting from user interactions
• Safety incidents during rides

12. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
